The job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant located at 9827 Lima Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana. This restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA corporate entity. While the restaurant operates under the McDonald’s brand, utilizing its logos and food products, the franchisee is fully responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
