Job Requirements

  • Humble and hospitable demeanor

  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Able to work standing for extended periods and lift items up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without accommodation
  • Obtain and maintain a food handler certificate valid in the state of Texas
  • Successfully complete a background check
  • Be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Demonstrated passion for helping and serving others
  • Willingness to learn and grow into various positions
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
  • Have a side of smile by helping customers order menu items and making recommendations
  • Focus on the food by preparing and presenting food in accordance with all food safety policies
  • Ensure a memorable visit by maintaining a welcoming, friendly and clean restaurant environment
  • Understand that teamwork is key by working hand in hand with the team to meet goals and have fun
  • Be present by arriving on time and clocking in for all shifts to ensure customer care
