Job Requirements
- Humble and hospitable demeanor

- Able to work standing for extended periods and lift items up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without accommodation
- Obtain and maintain a food handler certificate valid in the state of Texas
- Successfully complete a background check
- Be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
- Have a side of smile by helping customers order menu items and making recommendations
- Focus on the food by preparing and presenting food in accordance with all food safety policies
- Ensure a memorable visit by maintaining a welcoming, friendly and clean restaurant environment
- Understand that teamwork is key by working hand in hand with the team to meet goals and have fun
- Be present by arriving on time and clocking in for all shifts to ensure customer care
