Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to take orders and interact with guests effectively
- Willingness to learn and grow within a team setting
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Availability for shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Understanding that this franchise is independently owned and operated separate from McDonald’s USA
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends
Job Duties
- Take customer orders accurately
- Operate cashier and handle transactions
- Present food to guests in a friendly manner
- Assist in opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
