This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant located at 4780 S Harvard Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The restaurant is run by a local franchisee who holds the license to use McDonald's branding and food products. As such, this franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald's USA and acts as the direct employer for this location. All employment matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, staffing, discipline, and employee supervision, are handled exclusively by the franchisee management team and not by McDonald's corporate offices.
