This McDonald's restaurant located at 735 W Telegraph St, Washington, UT, is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. While McDonald's USA licenses the use of its logos, food products, and brand trademarks to the franchisee, the franchisee is an entirely separate business entity responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervision of staff.
