This job opportunity is brought to you by an independent franchisee operating a McDonald's restaurant located at 7000 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas, 77521. Unlike corporate McDonald's locations, this restaurant is owned and operated by a separate entity licensed to use McDonald's trademarks and food products. Importantly, all employment relations, including hiring, management, and scheduling, are handled solely by the franchisee, making them the direct employer of any hired individual.
