Job Duties
- Work different positions and master station skills including grill, drive-thru, and guest experience
- Lead the experience by connecting with customers to ensure they have a positive visit
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s menu items and make recommendations
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food to quality standards
- Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals and maintain a fun work atmosphere
