This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, but operates as an independent business entity responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervision. The franchisee is the sole employer of all employees working in this location, and McDonald's USA does not partake in the employment process or decisions. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- basic math and reading skills
- ability to stand for extended periods

- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

- customer service experience is a plus
