Job Description
BaRu Enterprises, LLC owns and operates a McDonald's franchise located at 1423 Southwest Parkway, Wichita Falls, TX. This restaurant operates under a license from McDonald's USA to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products but is independently owned and managed. This means that BaRu Enterprises, LLC handles all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees without any involvement from McDonald’s USA.
