This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant located at 1520 N Naper Blvd, Naperville, IL 60563. The restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but operates as an entirely distinct employer responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
