This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and food products. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee is a separate company and employer responsible for all employment-related activities at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and supervision.
