Job Description
This position is offered by a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products, but functions as an independent company responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, scheduling, and day-to-day management.
