This McDonald's restaurant located at 2819 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN, is operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's branding and food products but operates as a separate entity with full control over employment decisions such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
