This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. This franchisee operates separately from McDonald's USA, meaning that if you are hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and employee scheduling.
