This job opportunity is at a McDonald's restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, a separate entity and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and serves McDonald's famous food products but independently manages all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees. McDonald's USA has no involvement in these employment decisions nor receives employment applications for jobs at franchisee-operated restaurants.
