This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand and products. Although the franchisee operates under the McDonald's name, it is a completely separate entity from McDonald's USA and handles its own employment decisions independently. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for hiring, discipline, scheduling, and other employment-related matters at this restaurant. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- willingness to participate in training programs
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks required in a fast-food restaurant environment
