The job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant located at 2819 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401. This location is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which means it is a separate company from McDonald's USA and operates under a license to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. The franchisee is the actual employer responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees.
