This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant located at 2930 E HWY 21, Bryan, TX 77803, which is owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. While this franchisee uses McDonald’s logos and food products under license, it operates as a separate company and employer. All employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and supervision, are managed solely by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. As such, any applications, interviews, and employment decisions are handled directly by the franchisee organization, ensuring a locally focused and responsive management team committed to the success of its employees.
