Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. Unlike McDonald's USA corporate locations, this franchise operates as its own entity, licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products but functionally separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for employment decisions such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
