This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant located at 2130 S Reynolds Rd, Toledo, OH 43614. McDonald's restaurants are part of a globally recognized fast-food franchise known for its World Famous food and exceptional customer service. This particular establishment is run by a franchisee who holds the license to operate using McDonald's trademarks and food products, but is distinctly separate from the corporate McDonald’s USA entity. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring and training. This ensures a community-focused approach where employees are valued and supported to grow within their roles.
