Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise located at 906 S 6th St, Waco, TX 76703. Unlike corporate McDonald's USA locations, this restaurant is managed and staffed by a separate franchisee who holds the license to use McDonald's trademarks, logos, food products, and branding. The franchisee operates as an autonomous business entity responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision. Thus, the franchisee is the direct employer of any successful candidate for this role rather than McDonald's USA corporate headquarters.
