The position is at a McDonald's restaurant located at 2421 Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. This particular restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, distinct from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's branding and food products, however, all employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and staffing are managed solely by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA.
