This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. While this establishment operates under the McDonald's brand, logo, and menu, it is a separate entity from McDonald's USA. As such, the franchisee fully manages all aspects of employment including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
