Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Open or flexible availability including breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends
- Willingness to work early shifts starting at 5:00 am or late shifts until midnight
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-demand work environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work early mornings and late nights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Basic food handling knowledge a plus
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Work front counter, drive-thru and other positions as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and support team during meal rushes
