Job Requirements
- Has a can-do attitude sense of optimism ownership and commitment towards work responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service including communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Can excel in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Exhibits polite and respectful behavior at all times
- Ability to stand for long periods lift items typically 10-30 pounds
- Ability to handle money make transactions and provide correct change
- Ability to follow health and safety standards including hygiene practices and proper food handling
- Reliability punctuality and a strong work ethic
- Ability to be cross-trained in multiple departments and multitask
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older to apply
- If under 18, must provide a valid work permit

- Flexibility in scheduling including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Contribute to a safe and respectful workplace by practicing respectful communication with co-workers and customers
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and follow McDonald's procedures for customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present food items following McDonald's standards and prioritize food safety
- Maintain a safe environment by following procedures to prevent work accidents
- Perform cleaning and sanitization tasks to keep the restaurant and work areas clean
- Work collaboratively with team members by reporting to work on time, taking initiative, and helping co-workers
- Follow company appearance policies consistently
- Adapt quickly to changes and learn to operate multiple workstations
- Promote menu items and encourage customer engagement with surveys and the McDonald app
- Keep the restaurant well stocked for efficient operation
