This restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee who has licensed the McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products to operate the business. Although it carries the reputable and recognizable McDonald’s name, it is important to understand that this franchisee is a completely separate entity from McDonald’s USA. Employment decisions, staffing, training, and scheduling at this establishment are independently managed by the franchise owner, not McDonald’s corporate. As such, if you are hired here, your employer will be the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA, maintaining full authority over your employment experience including any hiring, firing, or supervision matters.
