This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's. Unlike McDonald's USA, which owns the brand and operates many restaurants directly, this particular location is managed by a separate company granted a license to use McDonald's logos and food products. This means that while the restaurant maintains the familiar branding and consistent menu that McDonald's is known for worldwide, the day-to-day operations, employment decisions, and management are conducted solely by the franchisee. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- willingness to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- good communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- no prior experience required but a positive attitude is essential
