This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under the McDonald's brand but is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos, trademarks, and food products, yet all employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. If hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, an independent company that manages the operation and daily functions of this particular McDonald's restaurant.

Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to communicate effectively
- basic math skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- willingness to follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Outstanding attitude
- willingness to learn and grow
- ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience a plus
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals

- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
