Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, and process payments
- operate cash register or point of sale devices as needed
- use value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities
- respond to guests' needs in a professional and polite manner
- verify the accuracy of guests' orders
- prepare and package food and drink products
- clean kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils
- clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds
- maintain health and safety standards in work areas
- unload and stock inventory items as needed
- perform duties at multiple workstations
- follow CrownBK uniform and grooming standards and policies
- work to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant
- learn team effectiveness skills
- work with others to achieve team goals
