Job Requirements
- High school education
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in an operations environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting and/or competing priorities
- Ability to work under deadline-oriented situations
- Ability to communicate professionally in stressful situations
- Working knowledge of FAA regulations, EJM manuals, policies and procedures
- Ability to make autonomous decisions considering multiple variables

Job Duties
- Assign pilots, cabin attendants and cabin service managers to trips, ensuring compliance with relevant Federal Aviation Regulations and EJM policy
- Gather, interpret and respond to inquiries initiated by crewmembers and other internal/external customers regarding regulatory requirements related to duty, flight, and rest, and/or other operations schedule related inquiries
- Source supplemental crew support and vet crewmember qualifications for scheduled flight segments, when needed
- Ensure crew member contact information and preferences are entered in the appropriate system of record
- Review and complete crew duty assignments for all trips added to the Flight Management System timeline, communicating with appropriate departments when changes are needed
- Quarterly cross training with Crew Training and Records department to understand company and FAA requirements for crew qualifications
- Ability to utilize crew training database and produce reports as needed
