Job Duties

  • Assign all open flying to qualified inflight crew members according to federal aviation regulations, flight attendant contract, and company policies
  • serve as 24-hour communications center point of contact for flight attendant work group providing round-the-clock support with scheduling and flight-related issues, delay notifications, assignment modifications
  • monitor crew legalities, communicate changes, reassign flight attendants and perform crew management system transactions to ensure accurate crew pay and quality assurance
  • manage conflict resolution and maintain composure in high-pressure environments
  • collaborate with operational teams to ensure compliance and smooth flight operations
  • provide courteous and professional support to crew members
  • handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
