Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in understanding and applying regulatory and contractual documentation including FARs and labor contracts
- Math problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of calculating in military time
- Keyboarding skills of 30 words per minute
- Knowledge of airport codes or ability to learn
- Ability to calculate and understand different time zones

- One year work experience in crew scheduling preferred
- Knowledge of Crew Track, Crew Pay, and Crew Management System preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure proper crewing of flights and crew notification
- Ensure accuracy of daily, weekly and monthly flight records for all pilots and flight attendants
- Accurately input information into automated scheduling system
- Update information onto crew charts
- Track crew location and disposition
- Prepare and process daily flight schedule
- Check-in and sign off flight crew members
- Input flight logs
- Record absences like sick leave, company business, and vacation
- Supervise, lead, and provide practical training to others
- Ensure compliance with Federal Air Regulations
- Maximize utilization of flight crew
- Ensure compliance with ALPA and AFA labor agreement
- Provide monthly crew availability projections
- Audit crew duty hours
- Handle crew payroll discrepancies
- Supervise lower classifications and levels
- Process crew payroll
