Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age of 18
- authorization to work in the U.S.
- proficiency in understanding and application of regulatory and contractual documentation (FARs, Pilots and Flight Attendant contracts)
- ability to critically and logically solve problems
- math problem solving skills
- knowledge of calculating in military time
- 30 WPM keyboarding skills
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- knowledge of airport codes (domestic and international) or ability to learn
- ability to calculate and understand different time zones

Job Duties
- Ensures proper crewing of flights and crew notification
- ensures accuracy of daily, weekly and monthly flight records for all pilots and flight attendants
- accurate inputting of information into automated scheduling system
- accurate updating of information onto crew charts
- track crew location and disposition
- preparation and processing of daily flight schedule
- check-in and sign off of flight crew members
- input flight logs
- recording absences of flight crews e.g., sick, company business, vacation
- ensure compliance with Federal Air Regulations (FARs)
- maximize utilization of flight crew
- comply with ALPA and AFA labor agreements
- provide monthly crew availability projection
- audit crew duty hours
- handle crew payroll discrepancies
- supervise lower classifications/levels
- process crew payroll
