Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- a valid unrestricted driver’s license
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- candidate must be able to read, write, and understand English
- employees are regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
- light to moderate lifting may be required up to 30lbs
- position based in Ypsilanti, MI at Willow Run Airport (YIP)
- there is no ability to work from home
- there will be no relocation package for this position
- a hotel may be provided for up to 2 weeks during relocation
Job Qualifications
- Previous Part 121/135 crew scheduling experience preferred
- intermediate MS Office skills preferred
- a valid unrestricted driver’s license
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- candidate must be able to read, write, and understand English
Job Duties
- Plan and create future schedules to ensure all aircraft are fully staffed
- interact with crewmembers and process sick calls, flight cancellations, operational re-assignments, crew swaps, and crew travel
- process crew re-assignments during irregular operations like weather delays, ATC delays, and maintenance issues
- book hotels and travel as required for crews
- ensure all crewmember assignments and rest periods are in compliance with company policy and FAA regulations
- create and distribute daily turnover reports
- enter crewmember duty information into approved crew tracking software
- communicate closely with other operations staff on crew assignment issues
- act as a company ambassador to all crewmembers
