Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, and have close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision
- occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- must have the physical stamina to work 30-40 hours per week
- must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- reliable and punctual
- ability to pass sandwich tests
- willingness to comply with sanitation and dress code standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use basic math, addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and take coaching
- ability to pass the sandwich test within the required timeline
- basic computer skills for operating the cash register

Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells, take orders, operate the cash register, collect payments from customers, and other cash handling duties
- make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
- comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- must be able to pass sandwich tests at the end of the first two weeks of employment and at future testing times
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets
- fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
- display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- perform other related duties as required
