Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work 30-40 hours per week
- physical stamina to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, listen, see close and distance vision
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
- ability to follow dress code and maintain professional appearance
- strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide genuine greetings and farewells
- take orders and operate the cash register
- collect payments and handle cash transactions
- make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches according to recipes
- comply with portion sizes, recipes, and procedures
- pass sandwich tests within first two weeks and future testing times
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets
- fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- maintain professional appearance in compliance with dress code
- display a positive and enthusiastic approach to assignments
- perform other related duties as required
