Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, and have close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision
- ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- physical stamina to work 30-40 hours per week
- willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
- ability to maintain a professional appearance as required by dress code
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- ability to learn and follow recipes and procedures
- no prior experience required but preferred

- Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and basic fractions

Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells
- take orders
- operate the cash register
- collect payments from customers
- perform cash handling duties
- make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
- comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- pass sandwich tests at specified intervals
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets
- fill out systems and procedures with 100 percent accuracy and integrity
- maintain a professional appearance in compliance with dress code
- display a positive and enthusiastic approach
- perform other related duties as required
