Job Requirements
- Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- must have physical stamina to work 30-40 hours per week
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, and meet vision requirements
- occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- must comply with company dress code and maintain professional appearance
- reliable and punctual
- able to work in a moderate noise environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use basic math, addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions
- possess physical stamina to perform duties including standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, listening, and vision requirements
- able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- capable of passing required sandwich test assessments
- effective communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells
- take orders
- operate the cash register
- collect payments from customers
- make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
- comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- pass sandwich tests at the end of the first two weeks of employment and at future testing times
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets
- fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
- display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- perform other related duties as required
