Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 to 50 pounds)
- Ability to use headset to take customer orders or receive directions
- Ability to use general restaurant equipment such as warmers, fryers, slicers, grill
- Ability to come to work promptly and regularly
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
- Ability to react to change productively and handle other tasks assigned
- Ability to complete all applicable training programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Job Duties
- Take customer orders accurately using headset or register
- Prepare menu items following food safety standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, slicers, and warmers
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain register accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Assist in opening and closing duties
