Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee-operated restaurant that licenses the McDonald's brand, logo, and food products. Although it operates as a McDonald's restaurant, it is a separate company from McDonald's USA and handles all employment matters autonomously. The franchisee is the direct employer responsible for hiring, firing, staffing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- minimum age of 14 years
- willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekdays and weekends
- no previous experience required as training is provided
- ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with a team
- commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- physical capability to stand for extended periods
