Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Prior bakery or quick service restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
- Previous experience as a baker, finisher, or cake decorator preferred
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overnight
- Ability to follow recipes and sanitation guidelines
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction
- Maintain service speed and product quality
- Follow proper baking and finishing procedures for baked goods
- Decorate cakes according to design standards
- Manage inventory of baking and decorating supplies
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work effectively as part of a team
