Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a baker/finisher preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
- Works well in a team environment
- Available to work overnight shifts, usually 6-hour shifts for baker/finisher
- Ability to follow instructions for recipes and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Basic knowledge of baking or cake decorating techniques (preferred for specific roles)
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to changing customer volumes
- Willingness to learn and receive training for baking positions
