Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early morning and evening
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to handle money and operate a cash register accurately
- Commitment to uphold health and safety standards
- Must have reliable transportation or be able to access provided transportation assistance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with enthusiasm for delivering excellent service
- Knowledge of basic food safety and handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entering the concept
- Prepare products according to operational and quality standards
- Operate point of sale systems accurately for processing payments
- Handle money including cash, credit, and debit transactions in compliance with company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining environment
- Provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic recommendations about the menu and potential allergens
- Deliver first-class customer experiences in line with brand standards
