Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Availability to work weekend shifts including early mornings and late evenings
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and cleaning
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

- Adherence to all food safety standards and company policies

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Flexibility to work varied weekend shifts including early mornings and late nights
Job Duties
- Operating the grill, fry and sandwich stations following all Wendy's procedural and food safety standards
- Coordinating, assembling and presenting customer orders following all procedural and food safety standards including bagging orders for drive-thru customers and assembling orders on trays for dine-in customers
- Operating cash registers and handling customer payments according to company standards and policies
- Interacting with customers in a prompt, courteous manner
- Completing assigned cleaning tasks to maintain a sanitary work environment
- Restocking and cleaning work stations throughout shifts
- Prepping food products such as bacon, vegetables, and condiments for sandwich stations and preparing salads
- Performing cleaning and preparation duties required to open and close the restaurant
