Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Availability to work weekend shifts including early mornings and late evenings
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and cleaning
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on all aspects of the job
  • Adherence to all food safety standards and company policies
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Ability to follow food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Flexibility to work varied weekend shifts including early mornings and late nights

Job Duties

  • Operating the grill, fry and sandwich stations following all Wendy's procedural and food safety standards
  • Coordinating, assembling and presenting customer orders following all procedural and food safety standards including bagging orders for drive-thru customers and assembling orders on trays for dine-in customers
  • Operating cash registers and handling customer payments according to company standards and policies
  • Interacting with customers in a prompt, courteous manner
  • Completing assigned cleaning tasks to maintain a sanitary work environment
  • Restocking and cleaning work stations throughout shifts
  • Prepping food products such as bacon, vegetables, and condiments for sandwich stations and preparing salads
  • Performing cleaning and preparation duties required to open and close the restaurant
