Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Available to work weekend shifts with schedules that vary from 6:00 am to 12:00 am
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Must possess a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- No prior experience necessary, training provided
- Ability to pivot between multiple positions during shifts while maintaining food safety
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours including early mornings and late nights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the restaurant
Job Duties
- Operating the grill, fry and sandwich stations following all Wendy’s procedural and food safety standards
- Coordinating, assembling and presenting customer orders following all procedural and food safety standards
- Operating cash registers and handling customer payments to company standard, following all policies and procedures for handling of payments
- Interacting with customers in a prompt, courteous manner
- Completing assigned cleaning tasks
- Restocking and cleaning work stations throughout the shift
- Prepping food products such as bacon, vegetables and condiments for sandwich stations and prepping salads
- Cleaning and preparation duties required to open the restaurant for breakfast and prepare for lunch
- Completing cleaning, stocking and preparation procedures to close the restaurant
