Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchisee, distinct and separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products to manage and operate their restaurant. Employment and managerial decisions—including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline—are handled solely by the franchisee, not by McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Capable of thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with drive-thru and front counter operations
