Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move inventory items manually
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and safety policies
- Previous experience in a food service environment preferred
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- Comfortable conversing with customers
- Customer service experience preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and stock customer eating areas, workstations and equipment
- Greet all customers with a smile and friendly greeting and follow all HMSHost customer service policies and procedures
- Maintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in unit
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or using a cart
- Assist with a variety of kitchen-related functions as needed
- Receive inventory, move and lift food and beverage products and supplies
- Perform all other responsibilities as directed by management or business needs
