Job Qualifications
- experienced tropical smoothie cafe crew member
- proficiency in cafe operations
- completion of Cafe Basics Training Program
- completion of Certified Trainer Program
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead and coach team members
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- adherence to company values and standards
Job Duties
- Interact with crew members and customers using Tropitude
- deliver unparalleled hospitality to customers
- be knowledgeable and proficient in all cafe positions
- complete Cafe Basics Training Program and Certified Trainer Program
- ensure each station operates to brand standards
- train and coach crew members during shifts
- use tools to manage labor and control inventory
- perform additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
