Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work within state and federal guidelines
- ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- capacity to bend, lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- ability to interact face-to-face continually with crew members and customers
- capability to multitask and remain positive under stress
- willingness to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and handle opening/closing responsibilities
- compliance with uniform and personal hygiene policies
Job Qualifications
- Experienced Tropical Smoothie Cafe crew member
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to train and coach team members effectively
- knowledge of cafe operations and standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrate integrity, drive, and enthusiasm
- completion of training programs or willingness to complete required certification
Job Duties
- Interact with crew members and customers using the Tropical Smoothie Cafe 'Tropitude' energy and create a positive atmosphere
- deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer
- be knowledgeable and proficient in all cafe positions
- successfully complete the Cafe Basics Training Program and Certified Trainer Program
- ensure each station operates according to Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards
- train and coach crew members during each shift to uphold brand standards
- use tools to manage labor, control inventory, and accomplish operational goals
- perform additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
