Job Requirements
- Legally able to work within state and federal guidelines

Job Qualifications
- Experienced Tropical Smoothie Cafe Crew Member
- Successful completion of Cafe Basics Training Program
- Successful completion of Certified Trainer Program
- Ability to lead and coach team members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Interact with crew members and customers using "Tropitude"
- Deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits the cafe
- Be knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the cafe
- Complete the Cafe Basics Training Program and Certified Trainer Program
- Ensure each station operates to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards
- Train and coach crew members during each shift to uphold brand standards
- Use tools to manage labor, control inventory, and accomplish goals
- Perform additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
